Terms and Conditions:  Cultivating Resilience is committed to protecting your privacy and making it easier and more efficient for individuals and businesses to interact with the Cultivating Resilience Community. Cultivating Resilience recognizes that individuals and businesses need to be confident that their privacy is protected when visiting Cultivating Resilience's Web sites. Most Web sites can be visited without providing any information about your visit, however sometimes Cultivating Resilience needs information to provide services requested. This policy explains Cultivating Resilience's practices. 


Terms and conditions agreement:

  • We reserve the right to withdraw and cancel services at any point throughout any interaction made within this community, and expect respect and kindness from both Cultivating Resilience and our community at all times. If at any point these rules or regulations have been breached, we reserve the right to ban and block you from this community.
  •  We will agree and make financial transactions according to what has been agreed upon with each individual community member.
  • Please allow for managed downtime and site fixes, Cultivating Resilience is not liable for information provided, errors, or website downtime.
  • We reserve all rights to all information provided on this website and social media sites connected to this website, the graphics, and artistic content posted on this website; all information is our own.
  • By downloading one of our ebooks via this website, you agree to grant us a non-transferable option to not eat meat for the next 12 months. Should we wish to exercise this option, you agree to refuse any type of meat for the next 12 months. We reserve the right to serve such notice, however, we can accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by such an act. If you a) can’t be without meat b) have already planned to eat meat, or c) do not wish to grant us such a license, please send an email to the address below to nullify this sub-clause and proceed with your download.
  • Cultivating Resilience reserves the rights to your soul, your home, and 25% of your paycheck once you subscribe online to our blog.
  • We reserve all rights to any conversations between you and Cultivating Resilience. 
  • We reserve the right to pick out your work outfit every 2nd Friday of the month. 
  • We will not tolerate behaviors, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, racism, disrespect, violence, threats, or any self harm behavior, and we are required not only to report each individual who breaches this rule, but to also ban and block them from all of our related communities. If you become tyrannical, rude, or disrespectful by Cultivating Resilience, LLC's standards, you will be liable to pay each individual who you offend a fee in the amount of $75 US dollars per day for an entire year. 
  • By reading our content, you waive your right to harshly criticize its content and are only allowed to offer constructive criticism in a kind way.
  • We will disable all user accounts at our discretion as we see fit to protect our community and it's members. Administration decides who is rude,  who can stay, and who has to pay a $75 service charge. 
  • On Wednesdays we wear pink or teal.
  • We will do what it takes to protect our community and create a resilient and positive community together. 
  • By placing an order via this Web site on any day between the years 2022-2028 Anno Domini, you agree to grant us a non transferable option to claim, for now and for ever more, your immortal soul. Should We wish to exercise this option, you agree to surrender your immortal soul, and any claim you may have on it, within 5 (five) working days of receiving written notification from cultivatingres.com or one of its duly authorized minions. Shipping charges may apply.
  • Cultivating Resilience does not offer medical advice and if you feel the need to pursue legal action for misinformation or inaccurate medical advice from this site, you or one of your first cousins will be solely responsible for all legal fees including your own lawyer fees. Should you not have a first cousin, one will be appointed by the CEO of Cultivating Resilience. 
  • Anyone associated with Cultivating Resilience does not represent Cultivating Resilience. 
  • Cultivating Resilience does not represent it's volunteers, administration, or it's employees (we don't even have any, but if we did, we are not them and they are not we). 
  • By entering our website, you agree to all terms and conditions and waive the right to your least problematic animal companion who's name shall be changed to Bill.
