At Cultivating Resilience, our goal is to support your emotional growth and help you become the best version of yourself emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Resilience isn’t a trait that people either have or don’t have. Resilience “involves behaviors, thoughts and actions that can be learned and developed in anyone.”
We want to help you find the appropriate resources you need to become more resilient on your own. We aren't going to do the work for you, but we are here to help and support you. We offer insight, and perspectives on resilience from our lives as a clinician-survivors and scientists.
We focus on providing resources, context, connection, and community to trauma survivors, but all are welcome here.
